For the purposes of providing treatment, the Clinic may require detailed medical information. We will only collect what is relevant and necessary for your treatment. When you visit our practice, we will make notes of your condition.

• Contact details provided by you such as telephone numbers, email addresses, postal addresses may be used to remind you of future appointments and provide reports or other information concerning your treatment.
• We require your consent to allow us to document and process your personal medical data, sharing it with other healthcare practitioners e.g. GPs, consultants, as well as insurance companies on an as required basis only. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Cancellation Policy

We hold a 24 hour cancellation policy (chargeable for private and insurance patients). Please notify us with a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to your appointment.

Important Information

On your first visit, a detailed case history including a full medical history and physical examination will be taken. The therapist may ask you to remove an item/s of clothing for the purpose of an assessment, therefore, please wear something that you will feel comfortable in. You are welcome to bring a friend or relative with you into the treatment room if it makes you feel more comfortable.

The clinician/s at Leading Edge Sports Clinic are very experienced and registered with the HCPC and the CSP. They will use a variety of assessment and treatment techniques to help you. If at any point you have questions or do not wish to continue please let the clinician know.
